The Antivirus firm, Norton in conjunction San Francisco-based Bet@brand in the development of pair of jeans trouser intended to block wireless signals in order to prevent thieves from hacking into Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tagged passports or contactless payment cards.
The pair of jeans have pockets that block RFID signals and are due to go on sale by February. The jeans is said to go for a price of $151 and the blazer for $198.
The development is quote necessary because of the avaikability of softwares capable of copying details of unsuspected victims' credit card details using radio frequency signals.
