Victims of Election Violence in Rivers State today!

Rivers state today witnessed "continued hostility between the supporters of the two rival political parties, PDP and APC in the state.

The drama began in the morning when the military stopped the governor from inspecting the polling units. The governor also refused to be accredited as there were no result sheets available for the elections as stated by law.

A number of shooting and killing were reported in the state today. The picture above shows some victims of the violence been taken away in the security van.
