The ruling party, All Progressives Congress today held its National Executive Committee Meeting today in Abuja in a bid to solve it's internal crisis and find lasting solution to the problems at the upper and lower chamber of the National Assembly.
However, Bola Tinubu, a national leader of the party was absent at the meeting which was chaired by President Buhari. It was gathered that Tinubu boycotted the meeting over allegations that President Buhari and his loyalists are trying to marginalize him.
During his speech, President Buhari appealed to all members of the party to sheath their swords and note that the platform (APC) on which they were elected can not be discarded as the party supremacy remains.
Also, President Buhari has also promised to release the names of ministers in few days time. Below are pictures from the meeting which also has President Buhari and Senate President, Bukola Saraki in attendance.
