Ooni of Ife's Abobaku circulated picture is a lie

This picture has been in circulation for hours on Friday throughout different social media platform, especially Facebook.

I am hereby confirming to you that this picture has no link to Nigeria talk less of a state or the Ooni of Ife's Abobaku (one who dies with the king). The image is of a man from BODI tribe in Ethiopia. Don't be deceived. 

It was sourced from an article on a website SODERE which was published in 2013. The story attached to the picture was 'the tribesmen competing to be the fattest in their village'. So, this is not the ABOBAKU who was reported to have run away after the demise of the King as the picture is being circulated on major blogs and social media.
