The Court of Appeal on Monday adjourned it's ruling on the trial of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki at the code of conduct tribunal. The registrar of the court made the announcement but never gave a particular reason for the adjournment.

Saraki's trial at the CCT will continue on Wednesday after the prosecuting counsel, Rotimi Jacobs (SAN) listed five (5) persons who will testify against Saraki. The defense counsel had earlier argued that the CCT has no jurisdiction to handle a criminal case which the prosecuting counsel proved wrong.
