An explosion occurred at 88, Oworo road, Oworonshoki in Lagos state on Sunday afternoon injuring at least three (3) people. TVC News also reported that a baby also sustained minor injuries.
In the meantime, men of the Lagos State Emergency Management (LASEMA) have been drafted to the area and are bringing the situation under control.
The General Manager of the agency confirmed it was not a bomb explosion and appealed to everyone to remain calm. It was discovered that the explosion happened when the gas of a small refrigerator exploded. No loss of life whatsoever.
