The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja on Thursday ruled out the challenge of Darius Ishaku's election by APC's Alhassan in Taraba state, Nigeria.
The judgement nulifies the earlier judgement delivered by the tribunal. The judgement states that Alhassan and APC have no right to challenge his victory at the primaries except PDP members.
Mrs. Alhassan also known as Mama Taraba is tipped to be the first female governor.
