Former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki has dragged the Federal Government of Nigeria to ECOWAS court in Abuja over his continued detention.
Dasuki who was rearrested shortly after fulfilling bail conditions has now filed a case against the Federal Government demanding a sum of Five Hundred Million (N500m) Naira damages, reported by Daily Sun.
Dasuki's lawyer, Robert Emukpoeruo also wants the court to declare his detention and properties seized as unlawful.
