The arrested duo make use of the car in the picture above to carry out their nefarious act. Their style of operation is to cause pandemonium in the car as soon as they pick up passengers.
They use their make-up issues to divert attention of the passengers, thereby robbing them off. They have now been arrested and paraded in Jos, Plateau state, Nigeria.
