A suicide bombing attack was carried out in Maiduguri, Borno state capital on Thursday killing not less than six(6) people.
The explosion which occurred at the gate of the Shehu Usman state Secretariat at around 11:40am local time. Officials of the state emergency management agency (SEMA) were drafted to the bomb scene on time to put the situation under control.
The state governor, Kashim Shettima and his deputy later visited the scene.
