The Kaduna state governor, Mallam Nasir Elrufai recently described the vice presidential candidate of the PDP, Peter Obi as a tribal bigot. Mr. Peter Obi responded to this by saying he was shocked.

In another statement, Elrufai was credited with saying "There isn't a single thinking brain left in the PDP".
