One might say our dear country (Nigeria) is taking it too easy on some people or some evil minded citizens are the ones playing pranks on us as a nation. How on earth is it possible for a vendor to withhold ballot papers meant for election till the day of election, after the commencement of the election process to be precise at exactly 9.00am(Nigerian time) on April 2, 2011.
This is a big crime and it should be purnishable under the law. What would Nigerians say as some see the situation as "April fool for a nation" while some see it as a
"Messy starts for Jega". 
Anyway, this is not a very good development for a credible free and fair election. Let us make things right. What do you think?
