Another Jailbreak! Gunmen Attacked Minna Prison, freed Inmates!

Another Prison in Nigeria has again been attacked this evening in Minna, Niger state. The Minna Medium Prison Yard was attacked by unknown gunmen at about 4:30pm on Saturday freeing about 270 inmates.

According to the Nigerian Television Authority, Police also confirmed that one person was killed in the attack. This attack came barely a week after an Ekiti Prison was also attacked by unknown gunmen killing prison warders and security dogs with many inmates at large.

We pray God continues to protect us in the country.
