Guemene-sur-Scorff is a delicacy which may not be known internationalku but very popular in north-west France. Also called andouille Guemene, is a pork sausage made from Pigs' intestine and stomachs.

It's existece dated back to 1960 when the recipe was first created by a local farmer's son, Joseph Quidu. Many people including tourists enjoy this special sausage.
To my Nigerian people, especially the Pork lovers, I hope you have not tried this before because in my own opinion it's too much to consume. #just saying.
