Meanwhile, on Wednesday, the code of conduct tribunal during the resumption of the trial which saw the senate president docked for the second time also adjourned the case till November 5 and 6, 2015.

In a latest development according to reports by Sahara Reporters, Saraki failed to obtain a court order to stop his trial at Code of Conduct Tribunal after he secretively seeks an order from a Federal High Court in Lagos. The case was reportedly assigned to Justice Ibrahim Buba.

Justice Ibrahim who has a past record of giving Governor Odili a perpetual injunction would have succeeded in going on with the case but the plan was hindered when an EFCC lawyer showed up in the court room and told him he could not proceed with the order.
