Dozens have been reported killed in a plane crash near Juba airport in South Sudan on Wednesday. The plane, according to BBC Antonov An-12 plane was heading to Paloch in Upper Nile State and crashed just 800 from the runway.

Total number of victims is yet to be ascertained as the number of victims on ground and on the flight are not immediately known.

The plane belongs to Tajik company Asia Airways, Tajikistan's Transport Ministry told the Ozodagon news agency.
