My Typist NG is a document typing solution for everyone - you do the writing, My Typist NG does the typesetting. We take it right from the drop of your pen. All you have to do is sit back after writing and let 'My Typist NG' do the rest. AVOID ALL THE TYPING STRESS!

HOW IT WORKS

All You Need To Do

1. Write out your document on sheet(s) of paper with legible and clear handwriting.
2. Scan the pages with a scanner or snap with your phone. Make sure all edges of the pages are captured clearly.
3. Send the scanned or snapped pages to 'My Typist NG' via either of these channels:  Whatsapp: 08134551789
   Email: mytypistng@hotmail.com  

A unique DOCUMENT ID will be sent to you for IDENTIFYING and REQUESTING your finished document at any point in time.

The following details if available, should be sent with your message;

• Desired Font
• Font Size
• Line Spacing
• Paper Size
• Document Margins (Top, Bottom, Left and Right)
• Layout (Landscape or Portrait)

If you have no specifications, this format will be used:

• Font: Times New Roman
• Font Size: 12
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• Paper Size: A4
• Document Margins: 2.54cm (1 inch) on all sides
• Layout: Portrait

RECEIVING YOUR FINISHED WORK

1. Your typed document shall be forwarded to you in PDF format via Whatsapp or Email for corrections and review - your corrections should be noted in your response using this format. For instance, if there is a spelling mistake on a particular page. Point out the mistake by stating:

• Your Document ID
• Page number (page where the mistake was made)
• Line number (on which line)
• The mistake (e.g. the misspelled word in the sentence)
• The correction (write the correct replacement)

2. A final copy shall be sent to you in requested format - MS WORD or PDF, upon payment of balance. You shall receive your finished job within 24 Hours. Documents with high volume may take longer.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?

1,001 – 5,000	13 Kobo Per Word
5,001 – 10,000	12 Kobo Per Word
10,001 and above	10 Kobo Per Word

NOTE: A 50% fee of approximated number of words is paid before commencement of work.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Extra charges applies for FAST TRACK jobs which are to be delivered at a time specified by a customer.

My Typist NG will also backup your document for a duration of 60 days from the day of delivery. This is to help recover your document in case anything happens to the one with you.
